AGREEMENT
We have a short and simple terms of service agreement that you must agree to before installing our apps. Depending on the app, the terms will be presented to you during the install. We reserve the right to block usage of the bot to any individual or channel that consistently abuses the service or violates the TOS.
NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
While U.S. law doesn’t allow fully computer-generated works to be copyrighted, Graydient AI is confident that artists will be able to incorporate the output of generative AI into their own work without sacrificing their rights of ownership. Until we can automate such a thing, by using your software you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to research the work, especially when citing other artists and styles in your prompt.
Which brings us to providing you a license for the images:
The AI data is trained on public information from the Internet. It is up to you to research the output and modify these works further prior to commercial use. At the moment, all we can do is grant a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, and create derivative works based on those images.
NO UNDER 18 CONTENT, PERIOD
Prompting for underaged content is strictly prohibited, logged, and reported.
You will get caught. You will be reported.
Anything even remotely obscene involving photos of children, real or simulated, including anime, fake news with intent to distribute, or violence/gore will result in a permanent banning and flagging of your account, and three agencies will be notified as part of our strict compliance process.
We cannot state this more clearly:
Graydient AI keep all logs of all activity, conducts thorough Terms of Service compliance scans constantly 24/7, and will provide law enforcement server administrative information to prosecute cyber crimes. We have a zero-day, no warnings, zero tolerance.
RESELLERS AND MODERATORS
While API calls are routinely audited through an automated blind process for compliance, the day-to-day moderation of your users content is your sole responsibility.
You must provide your own moderator and comply with third-party rules to avoid disruption of service. We will not be held accountable for the actions of your users on platforms such as Discord (which has strict deepfake ban and delete policies for AI images, please be aware and ahead of this). That said, we will supply you with thousands of blocked words updated daily from our content blocking safety list.

For 18+ over content, we require a credit card. It is not possible to access any of our adult features without passing these activation steps.
While we do our best effort to block illegal words and concepts, as we cannot possibly account for all pseudonyms in every language, or auto-detect harmful or user-uploaded images used without consent. Please be aware of your country’s local laws concerning mature content.
